Fred Vogler, Hollywood Bowl/LA Phil, Sound Designer
What does it take to master front of house talent for some of the most renowned live performance venues across the nation? Today, we have the privilege of delving into this fascinating world with an exceptional guest. I'm thrilled to introduce Frederick Vogler, a multi-Grammy Award-winning sound designer and FOH mixer, known for his outstanding work at iconic venues like the Hollywood Bowl and Walt Disney Concert Hall.
Through his consulting company, Sonitus, Fred has left his mark not only on the LA Phil, LA Opera, and the Mormon Tabernacle Choir but has also lent his expertise to events spanning from Menlo Park to Santiago, Chile, and even Florida. Earlier in his career, Mr. Vogler made significant contributions to the film industry, serving as an on-set music playback/live record engineer for beloved films like Sister Act I & II, and Preacher's Wife.
